When we do it makes our life’s miserable.
When we truly trust God our Father through Jesus Christ , meaning you say to Our Father in Jesus name your concern that is “worrying” you and then let go of it … trusting God , knowing HE will solve that issue / problem , I Stop worrying ,how about you ?
Personally; I have learned when I actually “hand” my worry / concern to God our Father through Jesus Christ by saying it to HIM, then forget the problem , walk away from it so to say , knowing , saying to myself , Thank you I know you have this . My stress goes away and I am now doing other things ( positive ) not worrying about it VS the worry hindering me as I do other things.
That pressure of the worry is gone , as I know I have done all I could to solve the problem that was worrying me and know I need Our Fathers help through Jesus Christ to do what I can not.
All of us that are Dads know that when ( not if ) our Children are in need we instinctively desire to help them. Especially when we know they have done all they could and now need our help.
Why would it be so hard to truly know God our Father desires to help us also , more than we are capable of understanding.
Of course we wonder , hey I need to do more about this, I can handle it …. As we worry even more … instead of realizing we have done all we can and then ( asking / reaching out ) talking to God our Father through Jesus Christ, trusting completely that God our Father hears us because of what Jesus has done for us, HE is certainly more able than we are to handle the problem. HE will let us know what to do , as needed.
If we have any sense : ) its always best to ask Our Father at the very start of our concern before it turns into worry ( unless you just want to go it alone in your sea of worry ) and that is the relationship HE has with us and we with HIM. When you know He loves you and you love Him you desire to do what HE says, as you know it is right ( Respectful ) and honors God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Us that are Dads , desire a relationship with our children , and truth be known , our Children desire one with us.

Jesus Prays for All Believers
20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.
